The MSP Create employee request process is also used to register a Pharmacy employee

Additional:

1. Add new mapping for  "Employee_type" & "legal_entity_type"
2. Add new validation for verification of use Employee_type in Legal_entity_type (use new entitymapping) at Create _employee_request process.
3. Include actions/logics at for Employee_type = "PHARMACY_OWNER"  similarly "OWNER"
4. Include action/logic for Employee_type = "PHARMACIST"  similarly "DOCTOR"

5. Update Scopes model for Employee_type = "PHARMACY_OWNER", "FARMACIST"
