The MSP Create employee request process is also used to register a Pharmacy employee

Additional:

1. Add new mapping for  "Employee_type" & "legal_entity_type"
2. Add new validation for verification of usage the Employee_type in Legal_entity_type (use mapping) at Create _employee_request process.
3. Include actions/logics for Employee_type = "PHARMACY_OWNER"  similar to "OWNER"
4. Include action/logic for Employee_type = "PHARMACIST"  similar to "DOCTOR"

5. Update [AH] Scopes model v.2 [04.09.24] for Employee_type = "PHARMACY_OWNER", "PHARMACIST"
