  1. Employee request is the only way how medical staff can be registered in eHealth
  2. It is a two-step process.
    1. Create Employee request - Responsible staff (owner or HR) of the medical service provider creates employee request, fills in the personal data of the person that is requested to register and creates invite.
    2. Approve Employee request - Person that is requested to register after receiving invite via email should complete registration using Digital Signature or id.gov.ua
  3. Every employee should have a record in MPI - can be created as a part of the Approve Employee Request via registration in Patient Cabinet.
  4. MPI profile and PRM.party profile exists independently and must not be equal.
  5. Tax_id and birth_date stated in the Employee_request cannot be changed by the Person that is requested to register.
  6. Registration using Email/password is not supported anymore
  7. Login via email/password should be supported during some transition period of time while all the users should be forced to migrate to DS/id.gov.ua
  8. tax_id becomes a unique user identifier. One person can has only one tax_id, as a result - one person can has only one user.
