Reset activity types flags - cron job

Find legal_entities for which flag nhs_verified = false and it was set 3 months ago.
1. Find legal entity activity_types with nhs_verified = true. For each found record:
  1. set nhs_verified = false
  2. find contracts by contractor_legal_entity_id=$legal_entity_id and status='VERIFIED' AND ops.contracts.type corresponding to activity_type, set ops.contracts.is_suspended=true
    1. ops.contracts.type to activity_type mapping: capitation_activity_types: PRIMARY_CARE, reimbursement_activity_types: PHARMACY
