Recieve authentication method with masked phone on "Get Declaration by ID" response.
Obtain report about number of encounters in legal entities (encounters report)
Register LICENSED_UNIT, INPATIENT, OUTPATIENT division types in OUTPATIENT legal entity. Update and Get
Register EMERGENCY legal entity type. Update and Get
Register LICENSED_UNIT division in EMERGENCY legal entity. Update and Get
Register OWNER,HR, SPECIALIST, ASSISTANT, ADMIN employees in EMERGENCY legal entity
Register LICENSED_UNIT division with RECEPTION address type in OUTPATIENT legal entity
Create contract request with payer account in IBAN format.
Search legal entities by residence settlement_id with "Get Legal Entities v2" api
Register healthcare service for any legal entity type
Set license status for healthcare service via DLS db.

I can't:

Register legal entities w/o residence address.
Register LICENSED_UNIT division with RECEPTION address type in EMERGENCY legal entity
