Employee types are: DOCTOR, SPECIALIST, SURGEON and ASSISTANT and PHARMACIST

Following validations should exist and be configurable:

  1. EMPLOYEE_TYPE vs EDUCATION_DEGREE 
  2. EMPLOYEE_TYPE vs QUALIFICATION_TYPE 
  3. EMPLOYEE_TYPE vs SPECIALITY_TYPE 
  4. EMPLOYEE_TYPE vs SPECIALITY_LEVEL 
  5. EMPLOYEE_TYPE = OWNER vs POSITION
