Encounter Data Package is an abstract resource that aggregates actual resources, created during the encounter.

In case several encounters were created during one visit, the visit should be created and submitted as a part of the first package. Following packages will not contain visit. Encounters in those packages will reference already existing visit. Current phase does not provide bulk submitting of visits. |
