Allergy intolerance API

eHealth provides the following endpoints for interacting with the resource:

• Get Allergy Intolerance by id
• Get Allergy Intolerances by search params
• Test Cases for Get Allergy_Intolerance

The resource could be created or updated as a part of Encounter Data Package via Submit Encounter Package web service.
