Statuses of Device Association

Status	Conditions	Description	Method to turn the status
IMPLANTED	Device is registering in the system	Referenced Device is implanted in patient’s body	[NEW] Submit Encounter Data Package
EXPLANTED	Device Association with status=implanted is present	Final status of Device Association. Referenced Device is explanted from patient’s body
ATTACHED	Device is registering in the system OR attaching again after being unattached	Referenced Device is attached to patient
UNATTACHED	Device Association with status=attached is present	Referenced Device is unattached from patient
ENTERED_IN_ERROR	Device Association is not already in entered_in_error status	Final status of Device Association. The record was entered in error and therefore nullified	[NEW] Cancel Encounter Data Package WS
