ATTACHED	Device is registering in the system OR attaching again after being unattached	Referenced Device is attached to patient
UNATTACHED	Device Association with status=attached is present	Referenced Device is unattached from patient
ENTERED_IN_ERROR	Device Association is not already in entered_in_error status	Final status of Device Association. The record was entered in error and therefore nullified	RC_[UPD] Cancel Encounter Data Package WS
