Use this method to returne activity type details by ID

Service return activity types where is_active = true

1. Verify the validity of access token
2. Check user scopes in order to perform this action
3. Return in response:
   1. activity type details from activity_types table
   2. licenses from licenses table in relation to activity_types
4. If not found, returned 404 error
