Use this method to update Legal Entity status by ID. 



  1. Verify the validity of access token

  2. Check user scopes in order to perform this action

  3. Possible status transitions:

    1. VERIFICATION_EXP → VERIFIED

    2. VERIFICATION_EXP → DECLINED

  4. Method returns short legal_entity details include new status.
