Process

The MSP registration process is also used to register a Pharmacy

1. Use $.type = PHARMACY to register Pharmacy
2. Check legal entity type for existing record in case updates
3. Search EDRPOU in UKR_MED_REGISTRY using Legal Entity type
4. Validate different KVEDS for MSP (clinic) and Pharmacy
5. Create employee request with employee_type = PHARMACY_OWNER for legal_entity_type = PHARMACY
